Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services for People with Disability in Uganda (CoRSU) hospital was established in 2006 as a private non-profit, non-governmental organization. CoRSU is supported by Christian Blind Mission. CoRSU hospital provides orthopaedic surgery, plastic surgery, and rehabilitation, mainly for children and adults with disability. Head of Operations
The Head of Operations will be responsible for supporting the CEO in the development and execution of CoRSU Hospital strategy by providing strategic and operational oversight in the areas of hospital administration specifically in Estates, Procurement, Stores, IT, Medical Records, and Laundry services management. The Position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Academic Qualifications: Minimum of a master’s degree in Business Administration or Management Science, or a Masters in Hospital Management is essential. A first degree in either Health Sciences or Social Sciences, Humanity or Social Courses.
Experience: At least 8 years’ operations management experience of which 3 years’ work experience in hospital operations at senior management level in a reputable institution.
