Purpose of the position
• To manage the call center system by coordinating Field works orders to keep power on and offer timely responses to customers and stakeholders for Revenue generation. Primarily responsible for receiving calls and providing professional, courteous and accurate information to UEDCL customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as logging all customer’s complaints using the appropriate tools/systems provided for subsequent follow up.
Key Result Areas:
1. Pick and answer customer calls promptly.
2. Ensure clear communications are passed to the customers over power availability
3. Gather Customer Complaints by categories
4. Follow-ups on complaints resolutions with the respective department or area
5. Make sure the call centre performance satisfies the customers’ expectations
6. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business related courses from formally recognized institutions.
• Pursuing a professional course will be added advantage
• Knowledge of Customer care, Customer Management System, MS excel, Ms word and outlook
• Must have at least 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in a busy organization
