The Role

  • Manage Office Tasks, Calls, And Correspondence.
  • Assist In The Company Secretarial Function By Preparing And Uploading All Necessary Documents.
  • Coordinate Business Trips, Events, And Insurance Communications.
  • Handle Registrations, Invoices, And Office Supplies.
  • Provide Administrative Support To All Departments.
  • Communicate With WTW’s IT Support For Technical Matters.
  • Manage Internet, Printers, Laptops, And Mobile Setups.
  • Update Access Control And Coordinate Security Certificates.
  • Support Fire And Safety Plans And Business Continuity.
  • Organize NPS And Quality Index Surveys.
  • Collaborate On Clients Lists.
  • Handle Personal Lines Business.
  • Manage Office Petty Cash.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Certificate In Insurance
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication In English.
  • Proven Experience In A Similar Role.
  • Exceptional Organizational And Communication Skills.
  • Advanced Skills In Microsoft Office Programs
