CoRSU is supported by Christian Blind Mission. CoRSU hospital provides orthopaedic surgery, plastic surgery, and rehabilitation, mainly for children and adults with disability. Head of Partnerships and Networks
The Head of Partnerships and Networks will oversee and coordinate the hospital Partnerships and Networks through departmental, program management office (PMO) team activities in order to achieve the strategic plan objectives. The position holder shall supervise, all the functional and administrative units, coordinate Social Work/CBID activities given under this role. The Position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Academic Qualifications: A master’s degree in Project Management/Programs Management as an essential. A degree in Statistics, Community Based Rehabilitation, Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences and Community Development, or its equivalent.
Experience: At least eight (8) years’ program management experience of which 3 must be at senior level in key areas in project planning or programs management with a proved track record of writing successful grants and funding proposals.
